I have opened many bank accounts, but I never imagined that the process with this bank would be so easy. I'm truly very happy!

I had difficulties opening a business bank account in France as a non-resident, and other banks refused me because my funds are held abroad. However, Qonto was accommodating and successfully helped me open a business account. The support was responsive and helpful, with English-speaking consultants available. The app is modern and easy to use. Highly recommend!

I started using Qonto about six years ago when I was creating my first company in France. Initially, I was considering HSBC but became frustrated by their long, complex procedures and high costs. I found Qonto online and decided to give them a try, and I have never looked back. They accomplished in three days what would have taken HSBC more than three weeks. I have used Qonto for three separate companies, including company creation and capital increases. In all cases, the process was simple and straightforward, and the pricing is much better than that of a traditional bank. My only slight complaint is that Qonto limits the number of incoming and outgoing payments based on your tariff; exceeding that limit incurs additional fees. If you have a high volume of transactions each month, this can become costly, so it's something to keep an eye on. Overall, the service is excellent and significantly easier than dealing with a traditional bank, which often makes you jump through hoops for the simplest tasks. Unfortunately, I had to close my Qonto account for one of my companies because I needed a business loan and was required to open an account with the bank providing the loan. There was no point in paying for two accounts.

As one of the first customers from The Netherlands, I found it very easy to open the account. The initial two small transfers went smoothly. I look forward to gaining more experience, and I must say, everything looks very professional!

Opening a company account was a quick and smooth process. All documents were approved promptly, and uploading everything was easy thanks to the step-by-step guide. However, they lack an English-speaking phone line. On the positive side, they respond quickly to emails, and their replies are in English.

Qonto is a digital banking platform designed primarily for startups, freelancers, and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs). It aims to simplify business banking by offering a suite of user-friendly tools accessible via its mobile app and website. Qonto provides financial services such as multi-currency accounts, physical and virtual cards, simplified accounting features, expense management, and seamless transfers. The platform's interface is designed for ease of use, allowing users to efficiently manage their finances on the go. With real-time tracking, notifications, and robust security measures, Qonto positions itself as a modern solution for businesses looking to streamline their financial operations in a tech-driven era.
No matter where you are, at home or abroad, you can access your Qonto account via the app, check your account balance, control your savings, get customer support, make payments and even freeze your debit card if needed. In addition, get real-time notifications every time you make a transaction, so there won’t be any surprises at the end of the month. No need to make appointments, stand in line and lose working hours to manage your finances.
Opening an account with Qonto is simple, with no lengthy paperwork. Just download the app, prove your identity, top up your account and you’re ready to go. Qonto doesn’t require a copy of your credit history to approve your account, meaning you can open an account and get approved in minutes.
Another main reason to use Qonto is the low (or no!) fees. Qonto has no physical branches, therefore they can offer lower fees than traditional banks – especially when it comes to ATM withdrawals, money exchange/transfer and payments abroad. For example, Qonto offers zero fees on all transactions, including purchases made overseas!
Qonto = borderless banking. Low/no exchange rates and low/no ATM withdrawal fees worldwide make traveling a whole lot easier (and cheaper) than with traditional banks- especially in the eurozone. And for added safety, freeze or unfreeze your debit card while you travel, directly in the app.
One of the frustrating things about traditional banks is the amount of documents, contracts and letters that are sent to your mailbox. With Qonto everything you need is in the app and all communications are sent to your app or your email. Gone are the days of rummaging through piles of paper around your house – and protecting the environment is the cherry on top.
