The customer service representative was great, efficient, and helpful. However, I am not pleased with how my disputes are being handled. I was incarcerated when the unauthorized charges were made, and I don’t understand why I was credited for the smaller amounts but not for the larger ones. How can you approve one and deny the others when they were all part of the same claim?
