Hello im writing a complaint message with 5 stars since i don't want to leave a bad review yet, but i have encountered an issue since i purchased a pcs virtual card for 5 euros and usded voucher for 100 euros which i got gifted, but now im having a big problem since im under 18 and i can't do the kyc which i think is the reason for my card declining everywhere when trying to make a purchase.
