Pleo was easy to set up, including the Datev integration, and it offered the flexibility to tailor it to our needs. Over the past few months, it has steadily improved. The support team, including Inga, James, Zahra, Sandro, Igor, and Constance, responded within minutes whenever we encountered an issue, which is impressive. My team appreciates the straightforward payment options and the simple process for handling meal allowances. I always have a complete overview of all transactions on our Pleo credit cards and can quickly request any missing receipts—though that’s rare since everyone now scans their receipts directly through the app or sends them via email. Pleo has radically simplified our accounting, allowing our accountant to reduce his time spent on our finances from almost a week to just a few hours per month. However, like any new tool, it's important to invest time in familiarizing yourself with it and adjusting workflows to maximize its benefits.

The representative was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, providing clear explanations and updates at all times. Thanks to the excellent guidance, we were able to resolve the fraud case and received a full refund.

This credit card service exceeded all my expectations in usability and features. Even before the advent of AI, it was a game-changer for me. The usability is impressive, with features that are intuitive and time-saving. One standout feature is the automatic receipt fetching directly from my email, saving me an incredible amount of time. Every time I make a purchase, the card suggests the appropriate spending category, making expense tracking effortless. The entire experience is seamless, efficient, and truly ahead of its time. Unfortunately, I was unable to continue using the service due to a credit limit issue, which was disappointing. However, that doesn’t diminish the fact that this is an incredible product. I only write reviews for exceptional or very poor services, and I can confidently say that this card belongs in the exceptional category. Highly recommended!
