“I am amazed by so many negative reviews. I’ve been using the app for years now and it is just perfect… if you know how it works. Many customers are having trouble receiving codes while transferring money or doing other operations because caixa’s security system is very strong and can’t accept unsecured lines. I had an international phone number which wasn’t considered safe by the Spanish banking system therefore it was very hard to receive codes or calls. As soon as I switched to a Spanish number everything worked just fine. Also, I never had a problem communicating with the customer service over the phone. People jump to conclusions way too fast. It’s a shame how a perfectly good app and banking service receives so many bad reviews because people don’t understand, nor are willing to learn how to use and appreciate technology.”

“When I was able to reach someone via email, it made it easier than the chat. All I wanted was a change on how my name appeared but I kept getting info on legal name change. The agent who assisted me took care of my request easily and painlessly. My suggestion is to fix the chat, what I asked was to change how my name appeared, I did not get the answer to it, instead I got everything else that was not related.”
