A few days ago, my card stopped working. I contacted customer support, which responded quickly and even offered to communicate in my native language, which I really appreciated. After the BCC team identified the reason for the card malfunction, they sent me a letter explaining the issue and offered a replacement card. Three or four days later, I received another letter from BCC support stating that they had managed to fix the problem and my old card was working again. I confirmed this by making a purchase at a store. Thanks to the Blackcatcard team for their professionalism and responsiveness!

I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, I've never faced issues with using BCC and I don’t want to give less than 5 stars. On the other hand, when my SEPA payments were disabled, the company assured me that all other functions were operational. However, nothing was working for me at all—it's as if all functions had been forcefully disabled. The support team hasn’t provided any useful information, only repeating the same vague responses. After two weeks, I’m still in the dark about what’s going on and what steps to take next. This feels unfair and upsetting for a long-time customer. One morning, a support representative cheerfully informed me that all functions had been restored, but when I checked, nothing was working as before. Each time, they advised me to reinstall the application, which, of course, didn’t help. Update: The problem has been resolved.
