“Very intuitive, but clear design, a bit gloomy though but okeish. I experience the same issue as reviewers Quower Hiller and Indre Bernotaite. I believe many more people face this problem which is hardly to be qualified as technical issue but something else. The problem is that it works for incoming transfers but completely blocks any outgoing ones and payments. Even if I try to transfer between my own accounts. No reasonable answer from Support, be it compliance or technical issue, no timeframe for resolution. I got message from Support that SEPA is fixed - everything works perfectly, so 5 stars insofar.”

“I am amazed by so many negative reviews. I’ve been using the app for years now and it is just perfect… if you know how it works. Many customers are having trouble receiving codes while transferring money or doing other operations because caixa’s security system is very strong and can’t accept unsecured lines. I had an international phone number which wasn’t considered safe by the Spanish banking system therefore it was very hard to receive codes or calls. As soon as I switched to a Spanish number everything worked just fine. Also, I never had a problem communicating with the customer service over the phone. People jump to conclusions way too fast. It’s a shame how a perfectly good app and banking service receives so many bad reviews because people don’t understand, nor are willing to learn how to use and appreciate technology.”
